Ok so running 5 miles may seem like nothing to many of you but for me…. I have been messing around with running for 4 years with 2 on and 2 off. This summer I started again and up till last Sunday I could not break 2.5 miles! ( Ok 3 years ago 1 5k run came in last lol) But last Sunday I woke up and said that’s it I’m breaking 4 miles….and I did! Hills and all. Today…..5 miles. BAM!! There goes that mental barrier!!
